Porter [Yoshida Bag] Story about going to Yoshida Kichizo Memorial Museum

How many years ago?

This is a story about a store where I used to help.

I went to Asakusa from Okinawa to buy leather.

This is my favorite business trip. I went to Asakusa for the first time in a while. excited.

Asakusa is home to a variety of leather wholesalers and tools stores, so you won't be able to visit them all in one day.

We all visited leather wholesalers and tool stores.

There is a place in Asakusa called the Yoshida Kichizo Memorial Museum.

Yoshida Yoshizo is the founder of Yoshida Bag, famous for its porters.

Since he was a teenager, he worked as a clerk at a bag shop, and became independent with the belief of ``one stitch, one heart''.

In the past, people used to sew by hand even on their beds.

The exterior and interior were beautiful and nicely designed.

When I pressed the intercom, I was greeted by Kuniko Noya, the daughter of Yoshida Yoshizo !

When I went inside, I saw memorabilia and other items on display.

And surprisingly, the work desk area still remained as it was in the past! Tools and more!

According to the story, work was actually carried out at that location.

We also borrowed some tools and took some photos.

I'm much thinner than I am now...

I felt like I had been touched by the soul of a wonderful craftsman, and I said, ``Okay, I'll do my best!'' I got fired up.

I have fond memories of the Yoshida Yoshizo Memorial Museum.

after that,
I said, “Okay, let’s do it.”
I blushed when I realized that ``Yoshida Kizo'' was the correct answer.

by the way,
Every once in a while, I blush when I remember that I used to openly refer to "crowdfunding" as "crowdfunding." .
