"Can we make a compact wallet using the UV gusset developed for the most popular Comet Long?"

I came up with the idea and started making it.

Simply narrowing the width of the Comet Long made it work as a wallet.

However, we realized that narrowing the space would create wasted space, so we decided to redesign it from the beginning.

The solution is to make the main body and lid a single connected part.

We then tried multiple types of gussets for the card holder, and adopted the current shape that can fit a lot without being too bulky.

Once the rough structure is decided, the vertical and horizontal lengths, stitch length and pitch, and lid size are adjusted in 0.1 mm increments.

Making it, disassembling it, and correcting the pattern...the steady work continues.
