Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders normally ship within seven business days after payment; a later made-to-order date shown on the product page takes priority. When Japanese New Year, Golden Week, or another holiday intervenes, orders ship sequentially from the next business day. Business days exclude Sundays, Japanese public holidays, and the year-end/New Year period.

Delivery time

Delivery within Japan normally takes two to three days after shipment, or three to four days for remote islands. Natural disasters and major events may cause delays.

International delivery usually takes about two weeks to one month. Delivery to Taiwan and Hong Kong generally takes about six days. Customs clearance and local postal conditions may cause delays.

Shipping charges

No free-shipping threshold applies to international orders. When local-currency pricing is available, the converted amount shown at checkout applies. Except for U.S. orders, destination duties, import taxes, customs-clearance charges, and carrier fees are paid by the recipient. For U.S. orders, required import charges are collected at checkout and prepaid before shipment.

Delivery method

Orders within Japan are sent by Japan Post Letter Pack Plus and handed to the recipient. Delivery dates or times cannot be specified, and mailbox delivery is unavailable. Post-office hold is available.

International orders are normally shipped by Japan Post International Air Packet, a tracked service. Items are normally delivered to the recipient’s mailbox; delivery-date or time requests and signature delivery are unavailable. Tracking updates after arrival may be limited in some countries or regions.

Ordering to the United Kingdom is temporarily unavailable while UK VAT collection is being configured. We also cannot ship to countries or regions for which Japan Post has suspended acceptance. No shipping option will appear at checkout for those destinations. Availability may change as Japan Post updates its service status.

Missed delivery, unclaimed parcels, and returns

For delivery within Japan, please follow the carrier’s notice and arrange redelivery within the holding period. For international delivery, handling of an item that does not fit in the mailbox varies by the local postal operator.

If a parcel is returned because of an incomplete address, an expired holding period, refusal, or a similar reason, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping it again.
