Terms of service
This translation is provided for the convenience of international customers. If it differs from the Japanese original, the Japanese text and Japanese law prevail.
1. Application and individual rules
These terms apply to all relationships between a user and us concerning the service. Rules and other provisions that we publish for use of the service form part of these terms. If they conflict, the individual provision prevails unless stated otherwise.
2. Registration and account management
Registration is completed when an applicant follows our procedure and we accept the application. We may reject false, previously non-compliant, or otherwise unsuitable applications. Users are responsible for their IDs and passwords and may not transfer, lend, or share them.
3. Sales contract
A sales contract is formed when a user applies to purchase and we notify acceptance. Ownership passes when we hand the item to the carrier. We may cancel a contract for a terms violation, an unknown destination, prolonged absence, or a breakdown of trust. Payment, delivery, cancellation, and returns follow our separately stated procedures.
4. Intellectual property
Copyright and other intellectual-property rights in product photos and other content belong to us or their lawful owners. Content may not be reproduced, republished, altered, or reused without permission.
5. Prohibited conduct
Users must not violate law or public order, infringe rights, damage or interfere with systems or operation, attempt unauthorized access, collect others’ data, impersonate another person, exploit service information commercially without permission, or engage in conduct we deem inappropriate.
6. Service suspension and restrictions
We may suspend all or part of the service for maintenance, accidents, disasters, communications failures, or other circumstances that make provision difficult. We may restrict use or cancel registration for a terms violation, false information, an invalid payment method, non-payment, prolonged non-response, or similar cause.
7. Disclaimers and service changes
To the extent permitted by Japanese law, we do not warrant that the service is entirely error-free and are not liable for loss outside our reasonable control. Mandatory protections, including Japan’s Consumer Contract Act where applicable, remain in force. We may change or discontinue the service.
8. Changes, privacy, and notices
We may change these terms when necessary; use after a change constitutes acceptance. Personal information is handled under our privacy policy. Notices are sent to the contact details currently registered by the user.
9. Assignment
Without our prior written consent, a user may not assign or pledge their contractual status, rights, or obligations.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Japanese law governs these terms, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Courts with jurisdiction over our principal place of business in Japan have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
